Womb and abdominal massage is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports the health of the uterus, ovaries, pelvis, and abdominal organs. It also supports our mental, emotional and spiritual health.
The work focuses on improving blood and lymph flow, encouraging balance in the pelvic area, and reconnecting a woman with her womb - her core.
This is an ancient method found across many traditional cultures. I was trained in the Sobada technique and in Collective Abdominal Therapy, a lineage passed down through the Belizean Mayan tradition, and supported by Western medical insights.
The treatment is external and non-invasive, working with the abdomen, pelvis, and lower back. It is not an internal vaginal treatment and is guided by listening to the body and working at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
This work is suitable for women at every stage of life, both for ongoing care and for support through physical or emotional transitions.
Once we set a date, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out.
Our first meeting lasts about an hour and a half. We begin with conversation and then move into the massage. The treatment works with the abdomen, pelvis, and lower back. This is not an internal vaginal treatment and can be done clothed or unclothed, according to your comfort.
At times, I may gently integrate additional methods as part of the session, based on what feels accurate.
The treatment is done lying on a massage table. Please come wearing comfortable clothing - loose pants are ideal. A light bra is preferred. It is recommended not to arrive immediately after eating, but also not hungry, so the body has enough energy to work.
A few days after the treatment, I invite you to share how you're feeling and what you noticed. This work can have a wide effect, and different physical or emotional reactions may arise. We can speak about anything that comes up.
Follow-up sessions last about one hour. It is recommended to attend at least two sessions.
In one of the sessions, I will teach you a simple self-massage practice so you can continue caring for yourself at home.
