Moon Wisdom
Holistic practitioner, space-holder and guide for women's healing and life transitions.
My path
Galya Ravits Karpol is a holistic practitioner and women's workshop facilitator based in Aljezur, Algarve, Portugal. With over 25 years of experience in womb massage, feminine cycle wisdom, aromatherapy, energy healing, and shamanic practices, she guides women through ceremonies, circles, and personal healing journeys rooted in sacred feminine wisdom.
My work is rooted in sacred feminine wisdom and supported by years of study, practice, and deep listening. I work in a trauma-aware, consent-based way, at the pace that your system is ready for.
I believe that every woman carries within her an enormous reservoir of wisdom, wisdom about her body, her cycles, her emotions, and her life. My work is simply to help you remember what you already know.
I live and work in Aljezur, in the wild southwest corner of the Algarve, a landscape that itself teaches slowness, presence, and belonging to the earth.
My journey with the feminine cycle began about a decade ago, when I entered an initiation at La Escuela de Secretos with Carmen Vicente. The initiation lasted a year and a half, and it changed my life. Each month I went on a personal retreat during my days of bleeding. A gate opened. Ancient knowledge began to arrive. Sacred songs moved through me. A deep longing awoke, to teach, or more precisely, to help women remember the ancient wisdom that lives inside them. The power of our feminine operating system. I began travelling across the country, and at every full moon I would facilitate a ceremony, awakening in women the ancient memories that had always been there.

Gratitude
This work is not mine alone. It has been passed down through lineages of women healers, teachers, grandmothers and medicine carriers. I hold deep gratitude to all who taught me, held me, and walked beside me on this path - and to the land that continues to teach me every day.
In deep gratitude to my teachers: Rosita Arvigo and her teacher Don Elijio Panti and his lineage, Carmen Vicente, Fiona Shaw, Shanti Robinson, Idit Hen, Haim Shlosch, Jef Levin, and Mooji, and to the many teachers who have walked with me along the way.
