One-on-one sessions offering grounding, emotional regulation, and a calm space of attentive presence during times of overwhelm, stress, or inner tension.

These sessions are not structured as psychotherapy or coaching. They are rooted in attentive presence, intuitive listening, and the capacity to perceive beyond what is immediately spoken or consciously recognised. Through grounded conversation and subtle guidance, we create space for emotional settling, clarity, and reconnection with your own inner resources.

How I work

I work through deep listening, intuitive presence and subtle attunement - paying attention to what is present beneath the surface of words. I do not give advice or diagnose. I offer a space where something can soften, settle, and become clearer.

Sessions can be one-off or ongoing, depending on what you need.
