Uterus massage is an ancient method found in all ancient traditions.

This is a necessary technique for maintaining a woman's health.

I was trained in "Subada" technique and "the international Collective abdominal therapy" which is a method handed down by a healer from the Belize Mayan tribe. his name is Don Elijio Panti.

According to Don Elijo, the uterus is the center of a woman's body and when it is out of balance, everything goes out of balance.

The purpose of the massage is to return the abdominal organs and the pelvis to their place.

The method treats a very wide variety of conditions and diseases:

What happens in the treatment?

The massage takes place at my clinic in Aljezur. The treatment takes about 60-90 minutes.

When we will set the date I will send you a questionnaire to fill out.

Our first meeting will last an hour and a half, during which we will talk and then proceed to the massage.
The treatment is carried out in the abdomen, pelvis and lower back. This is not an internal vaginal treatment and can be done with or without clothes.

Sometimes I will combine additional methods in the treatment.

How will you come?
The treatment is performed lying on a mattress.
It is recommended to come with comfortable pants, wide ones will be the most suitable. A light bra is preferred.
It is recommended not immediately after eating but also not hungry, so that we have energy to work with.
All this in order to enable the most accurate diagnosis and allow comfortable positions and movements of the body during the treatment.

A few days after the treatment I would love to receive an update from you, how you feel and what has changed.

The treatment has a wide effect and there may be reactions of different types and we can talk about anything that comes up.
Follow-up treatments will last an hour. It is recommended to attend at least two treatments.
In one of the treatments I will teach you to do a self-massage so that you can take care of yourself .

 Change or cancellation until 21:00 the evening before the day we set. After that, the cancellation fee is 50% of the treatment cost.
