  • We will meet for a month, for four zoom meetings - four monthly sessions - in new moon, waxing moon, full moon and waning moon.

  • At each meeting we will discuss the essence of the energy of the moon at this stage of the month and the essence of each stage of the monthly cycle and how to use them to create flow in our lives.

  • We will learn together how to work in sync with our moon and cycles.

  • We will learn when it is time to stop and rest, when to sow the seeds of intention and make plans, when to arrange and organize and more..

  • We will learn about all the stages of our female cycle - menstruation, ovulation and everything in between and we will learn what each cycle stage comes to teach us and what gifts it allows us.
    We will create a circle of sharing and support to allow the wisdom of the tribe to support each one in her process.

  • \\ How to use each step to live a full and empowering life.

  • \\ How to work in harmony with the moon and each of its stages.

  • \\ How to enjoy the gift of our monthly cycle and our menstruation.

  • \\How to follow up on the effect of the cycle on you by working with Mendel the moon.

  • \\ In every meeting a powerful sharing circle.

  • \\ At each meeting a healing lucid dreaming journey.
