Live in harmony with the universe

 

My journey as a medicin woman began more than two decades ago. I acquired many tools from the worlds of holistic healing and became a senior aromatherapist (Specialized in pregnancy and childbirth), deep tissue massage, Body alignment technique, lymphatic massage, Reiki master and more. I worked as an aromatherapy lecturer at alternative medicine collages and gave workshops and lectures in many places.

Almost a decade ago I embarked on a year and a half initiation journey at the Shamanic School of Feminine Secrets of Carmen Vicente from Ecuador.

The journey changed the course of my life.

Since then I have been teaching women about sacred femininity, guiding shamanic rituals, lucid dreaming journeys, teaching how to create a sacred space, personally accompanying women on life's journeys, conducting workshops and courses throughout the country and accompanying girls in their transition from childhood to girls and women towards menopause.

In addition, I am a certified therapist for pelvic and abdominal massage using the Subada method, treating women of all ages, pregnant women and postpartum women.

I accompany women and men in personal conversations and lucid dreaming journeys.

I combine in my work all the knowledge I have acquired during these two decades.

 

I live and work in south of Portugal.
